MIKE ROCKET AND THE STARS are a Rock & Roll band with one foot in New Jersey and the other in New York. Their live shows are packed with energy and enthusiasm, and their blend of Rock, Pop, and Jam appeals to an extremely wide audience.

MIKE ROCKET also performs as a solo Singer Songwriter act around the country. He is different from most artists in his relentless, fearless, self-promoting tactics. He has been known to set up outside stadium concerts, network television shows, & large festivals in order to expose his music to the masses. To date, he has been heard on national television as well as major New York, New Jersey, and Philadelphia radio stations. Here's a partial list of credits:

Mike Rocket just handed his music to Clive Davis during his "Soundtrack of My Life" lecture which was recorded on an iTunes Show. Clive then introduced "Mike Rocket" to the audience. When another hopeful artist asked Mr. Davis what it takes to make it today, Mr. Davis mentioned, "As Mike Rocket points it out; hard work, tenacity, belief, and you just keep doing it."

Mike Rocket just played for tens of thousands in the streets of Austin at SXSW 2013.

Rocket has been a regular performer at the Light Of Day Festival for Parkinson's disease.

Mike Rocket & The Stars were the first Official Showcase Act of SXSW 2012.

Rocket has received airplay for over a dozen of his songs on major east coast radio stations.

Rocket got major press playing outside Madison Square Garden before the 12-12-12 Concert.

Rocket recently performed for approximately 50,000 people before the Global Citizen Festival and before Springsteen concerts.

Mike Rocket & The Stars were a Showcase Act at the CBGB Music Festival.

Mike performed for over 30,000 people at The Firefly Festival in Delaware & MusikFest in Pennsylvania.

Mike's theme song "America's Got Talent" has aired numerous times on NBC television.

"Gotta Get To The Jersey Shore" has played on numerous TV and Radio shows.

Mike has appeared six times on The Early Show on CBS and has been seen on the TODAY Show.

Rocket has appeared with Bruce Springsteen several times during Light Of Day concerts.

Rocket has been nominated three times for The Asbury Music Awards.

Rocket made his third appearance at the CMJ Music Festival in New York this past October.

Mike Rocket played young Springsteen in the short film "Exit 102". This may become a motion picture soon.

Rocket has been heard on several times 95.5 WPLJ, Q104.3, & 101.9 WRXP New York.

Mike Rocket And The Stars have been nominated twice for best original band in The Philly Music Awards, and they have played live on 93.3 WMMR Philadelphia.
